RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love your Oshun gear.
If the size isn't quite right or you're simply not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we're happy to help.

Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at returns@oshunapparel.com and we'll gladly arrange an exchange or refund.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached.

Please contact us before sending your item back so we can provide return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know when your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Reach out to returns@oshunapparel.com within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll be happy to arrange an exchange, subject to availability.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at returns@oshunapparel.com so we can make it right.
